Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Associate, RWLP to join their Clinical Solutions team. As a Sr. Project Associate, you will drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead. You will ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as subject matter expert of relevant project management tools and systems
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects
- Maintaining and distributing study-specific financial reports and contributing to study's financial health
- Conducting ongoing analysis of project performance to drive the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Documenting project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Leading communication between project team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes
- Documenting and escalating project risks and issues and driving timely follow-through and completion
- Maintaining systems and project management tools and methodologies
- Driving quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal review, preparing documentation and following through to resolution on actionable issues
- Overseeing tasks and activities by providing mentorship and coordinating junior team members, while operating independently with minimal oversight
