Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a leading hotel group, we operate 5,000 hotels across 38 brands, including Novotel, Ibis, and Raffles. Our goal is to provide exceptional hospitality experiences, and we need your expertise to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff, prioritizing tasks and guiding new team members
- Inspect rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order
- Clean and tidy rooms as needed
- Monitor service execution, controlling material supply and usage
- Identify needs and request cleaning materials, controlling expenses and waste
- Schedule specific cleaning tasks based on hotel occupancy and needs
- Conduct monthly inventories, reporting any anomalies to management
- Oversee laundry operations, supervising activities and controlling inventory
- Resolve guest issues, such as lost property or cleanliness complaints
- Ensure compliance with Autocontrol procedures
- Support senior management in team training and development
- Collaborate with Reception team to share guest preferences
- Coordinate team performance, selecting, training, evaluating, and motivating staff
- Apply Accor's compliance and LGPD policies
- Participate in technical training and follow-up
- Attend required training sessions
- Follow environmental guidelines for selective waste collection and resource conservation
- Ensure area goals are met, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Promote team participation in training programs
- Support operational continuity, collaborating with other departments
- Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the housekeeping area
