Description
We are looking for a trainee lawyer to join our Banking & Finance practice in Amsterdam. As a trainee, you will work on complex financing transactions from day one, providing high-quality legal advice and collaborating with our team of experienced lawyers.
Our Banking & Finance practice advises banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporations on complex financing transactions, restructurings, and securitizations. As a trainee lawyer, you will draft documentation, conduct legal research, maintain client relationships, and support negotiations and transactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong academic results and a civil law degree;
- Interest in financial law, corporate law, and contract law;
- Analytical skills and sharp legal thinking;
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- A keen desire to learn and contribute to our practice.
