Description
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at Courtyard in Hong Kong.
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling all areas of the property, assisting guests with room access, and monitoring Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Patrol all areas of the property
- Assist guests with room access
- Monitor security systems
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Respond to accidents and emergencies
- Complete incident reports
- Handle interruptions and complaints
- Resolve safety hazard situations
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property
You will also be required to:
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
