Job Overview
As a Principal Consultant, NetSuite, you will provide expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' most complex requirements.
Your Role:
- Lead and act as a Solution Architect for full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, translating complex business requirements into NetSuite technical designs.
- Deliver solutions spanning all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements and develop wireframe and schematic diagrams.
- Lead project management activities such as project planning and change control.
- Collaborate with the in-house development team to implement custom solutions.
- Act as a trusted client advocate, providing implementation and industry-specific best practices.
- Contribute to internal MHI initiatives, including resource mentorship and ongoing education.
- Develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements.
Your Background:
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or industry experience with a high degree of specialization.
- Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or a relevant field.
- Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services.
- Led and acted in a Solution Architect capacity across varying project sizes and complexity.
- At least 10-15+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations and hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience.
- NetSuite certifications highly preferred.
- Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products.

Our Process:
Estimated Salary Range:
A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
