Join CVS Health as a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant, providing top-notch beauty services and sales to customers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, with a focus on upselling and suggestive selling
- Share the latest beauty trends and techniques through beauty services and sales
- Represent CVS and partner brands, upholding high standards of service
- Perform various beauty services, including ear-piercing, and maintain product knowledge to drive sales
- Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk-in clients
- Create and maintain product displays, participate in sales programs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state where you work
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services and other applicable services
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Goal-driven, with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours
