As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player.
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
The working pattern for this role is as follows: Week 1 Monday 08:00 - 16:00 Tuesday 08:00 - 16:00 Wednesday 10:00 - 16:00 Thursday 10:00 - 16:00 Saturday 08:00 - 16:00
Week 2 Sunday 08:00 - 16:00 Wednesday 08:00 - 16:00 Thursday 08:00 - 14:00 Friday 08:00 - 14:00
