Description
The ITSM Assurance & Compliance Manager role at Leidos Australia involves establishing, governing, and continually improving the assurance, compliance, and control framework across IT Service Management and service delivery operations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Leading governance, assurance, and compliance activities across service operations
- Maintaining compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organisational obligations
- Overseeing operational risk management and service continuity activities
- Leading the Performance and Knowledge Management teams
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in IT Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance roles, strong knowledge of ITIL principles, and tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
