Description
Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting guests, and ensuring their needs are met. Your tasks will include preparing handcrafted beverages and food, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You will also be expected to work flexibly, adapt to changing situations, and support your colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking products
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines

- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
