As a Senior Director on the Associate Experience product team at Capital One, you will lead the mission to connect customers in the Capital One enterprise with simple to use, digitally enriched experiences that enhance the associate experience.
Your focus will be on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to revolutionize the IT support experience for the 100,000+ workforce.

The salary ranges for this position vary by location:
- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700
- Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800
