We are looking for an Invoice & Accounts Specialist to join our Accountant Team in Warsaw.
Requirements:
- Experience or exposure to invoice processing in EU
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs or comparable alternatives from Microsoft
- Organizational & analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Polish language; English level - B2 or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting or other relevant degree.
- Preferable: knowledge of Optima software, SAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing various types of invoices, including domestic, international, proforma and advance invoices
- Issuing corrective invoices for sales, based on complaints, return documents, discounts or else
- Posting and recording of accounts payable
- Monitoring and control of accounts receivable, debt collection and documentation circulation
- Client communication
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
