Description
We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and stocked in stores.
Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
- Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
- Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
- Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
- Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
Requirements:
- A valid US Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience merchandising is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
- English; additional languages an advantage

Salary: $18.25 to $27.38 per hour
