Description
At i.AI, you will help design interactions, flows, and interfaces for frontier AI products used in public services. Your work will focus on solving real problems for real users with emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are useful, trusted, accessible, and evidence-based.
You will join a multidisciplinary team at the cutting edge of AI delivery in government, tackling challenging questions and working through ambiguity to influence product direction and ensure teams build the right things in the right way.
This role involves working on critical questions about AI in government, such as turning AI into practical tools that improve public services while considering user needs, ethics, and measurable impact.
About the Role
As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will work within agile teams to design interaction flows and product interfaces meeting usability, branding, and accessibility standards. Your work will help teams deliver better products and services, reduce costs and risks, and continuously improve based on evidence.
You will work in a multidisciplinary product team focused on applying AI to government problem spaces like planning, education, or frontline services. The goal is to understand whether there's genuine value in a problem area by building working products, testing them with users, and measuring real impact.
