Description
We are seeking a Bindery Specialist to join our Target Enterprise Services (TES) team. As a Bindery Specialist, you will work in a high-quality team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional, and training materials.
The pay range for this role is $17.98 - $30.48 per hour, depending on several factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding, and other small finishing equipment
- Lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors
- Assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products
- Work independently, adhering to established processes and directions with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
- Print experience preferred but not required
