As a Principal Associate, Learning Program Manager, you will work closely with business leaders and HR staff to consult, design, develop, deliver, manage, and analyze learning experiences for associates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal partners across Capital One's lines of business and within HR to support meeting the organization's development needs.
- Working on individual and team projects, owning and solving problems, and partnering to design and implement new processes.
- Measuring impact by identifying meaningful measurements for the product, tracking and iterating accordingly, and sharing with stakeholders.
- Identifying performance gaps and determining the cause to recommend the most appropriate learning solutions.
- Vendor/relationship management as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
- At least 2 years of experience in project or program management, or a combination.
- At least 1 year of experience in client consulting.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile teams.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development.
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- 2+ years of experience in learning event planning.
- Process or project management certification.
The salary range for this role is $98,900 - $112,900 per year, depending on location.
