Azure Infra Lead

We are seeking an Azure Infra Lead to join our team. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

As an Azure Infra Lead, you will implement effective infrastructure solutions and be responsible for planning, designing, and supporting deployment efforts for our clients. You will be a 3rd line resolver for support tickets coming through from customers relating to the platforms, sharing knowledge with L1 & L2 Teams, ensuring any ticket achieves SLA and providing technical leadership to junior members of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Azure Incident Management: Provide technical leadership and support for Azure-related incidents
• Service Delivery Automation: Develop automated workflows or scripts to solve common issues with customer environments
• Operational Procedure Documentation: Ensure all support operation procedures are documented
• Escalation Management: Escalate technical issues to professional service teams or Microsoft premier support
• Knowledge Management: Maintain an environment conducive to exchanging and sharing knowledge internally

Requirements:

• Microsoft Azure Architecture Skills (AZ-300 & AZ-301) /Azure Networking (Az-700)
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure solutions
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Azure public cloud
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure Stack HCI
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Azure Infra and Azure network
• Experienced with ITIL process
• Deployment of Azure Active Directory with on-premises Active Directory integration
• Integration of network-to-network connectivity with Azure Virtual Network Gateways, ExpressRoute, and vendor-specific VPN appliances
