As a Senior Specialist – Divisional Product for North LAC, you will support Product Commercialization in the division and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of GTM strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
- Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
- Gather and synthesize input from internal teams to design strategies aligned with client and market needs.
- Monitor business performance and customer experience; prepare regular client-facing reports to showcase product value and manage programs with operational excellence.
- Conduct market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.
- Develop business cases and solution requirements, contributing to the launch of new Products with a strong focus on business growth.
- Leverage databases, dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business management.

- Proven Loyalty & Digital Marketing skills with knowledge in personalization.

- Skilled in reporting risks, issues, progress, and timelines with clear analysis and actionable solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
- +5 years related work experience, experience in financial services is a plus.
- Experience in product management, product development, and/or project management desirable.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
