As a Product Manager on the Line of Business (LOB) Enablement team supporting the Card and Retail LOBs, you will build the bridge between visionary business intent and high-velocity engineering execution. This role requires a high-learning-velocity, technically curious generalist who can deconstruct business intent and translate technical architectures into strategic roadmaps.
You will navigate the matrixed organization to align stakeholders across engineering, finance, and compliance, ensuring the seamless delivery of the next-generation financial foundation. You will lead the charge in productizing processes, transforming complex financial reporting systems into scalable, high-performance engines of accuracy and reliability.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
- Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
