Description
As a Production Planner at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by analyzing demand requirements to create procurement and production schedules for your area of responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing demand requirements to create procurement and production schedules
- Providing high-level planning analysis to develop and maintain operating rhythm
- Coordinating with internal and external suppliers and business teams to meet service, cost, and inventory targets
- Identifying and leading projects to improve supply chain speed and inventory investment
- Utilizing supply chain tools and processes such as Emes, Peoplesoft, and Factory Planner
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- Two years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Marketing
- Experience with Factory Planner, eMes, DMPT, and other factory systems
- Advanced data analysis skills, including Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue
- Lean Six Sigma experience or similar certification or training

The expected compensation range for this position is $74,644 - $91,231.
