As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on guest interaction, visual merchandising, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain knowledge of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements

Physical Demands
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
