Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) partners with Visa’s clients to solve their most important strategic challenges and drive meaningful business results. The Risk Practice within VCA partners with North American issuers, merchants, acquirers, issuer processors, fintechs, and payment enablers to solve some of their most critical business challenges across disputes, fraud, authorization, and broader payment risk.
As a Senior Manager in the Risk Practice, you will focus on dispute strategy, operating model transformation, and dispute optimization across the payment ecosystem. You will identify, shape, and convert new consulting opportunities, expand and deepen client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Risk Practice by developing new consulting offerings, thought leadership, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, shaping, and converting new consulting opportunities
- Expanding and deepening client relationships
- Contributing to the growth of the Risk Practice
- Building ROI-driven business cases and sales narratives
- Partnering across Visa to scale and deliver holistic client engagements
- Leveraging core consulting skills and applying them to the dispute resolution landscape
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
- Demonstrated expertise in disputes, chargebacks, or post-transaction risk/operations
- Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or management consulting
- Proven ability to commercialize solutions and drive revenue growth
