Description
Cleveland House is looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to join the team as a bank staff nurse. This role involves providing high-quality care to 32 residents with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological conditions, and associated physical health needs.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team providing a range of services that promote physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. Responsibilities include delivering prescribed care, assessing and planning nursing care, monitoring and reviewing care plans, and accurately observing and engaging with patients.
Key requirements include:
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN or RNLD) with post-registration experience and active NMC registration
- Sound knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of six months' experience in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities care environment
