We’re Workday, a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. We're looking for a Sr. Prism Analytics Consultant to join our Workday Success Plans team.
The Workday Success Plans Team creates programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications. As a Sr. Prism Analytics Consultant, you will work directly with customers through targeted micro-consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting customers with how-to questions, troubleshooting, and guiding customers through configuration, and providing feature demonstrations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts
- Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks
- Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements
- Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
- Complete and maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap
- Keep up to date with industry practices and engage with customers on those topics
- Help drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Prism Analytics
- 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
- 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one of the following: Workday HCM, Workday Financial, Workday Reporting
Salary: €75,500 EUR - €113,300 EUR (Ireland) €66,300 EUR - €99,500 EUR (France)
