Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant , Analytics to join our team. As a hands-on delivery specialist, you will be responsible for executing the build, configuration, data migration, and testing work-streams within Analytics.
Working under the direction of the Technical Architect and Solution Architect, you will own specific delivery work-streams end-to-end implementation and delivery of dashboards, reports, recipes, etc. You will also mentor Technical Consultants on the team, reviewing their work and ensuring the quality of implementation and the scalability of the solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing scalable, secure, and end-to-end data and analytics architectures tailored to client business needs.
- Leading client discovery workshops, gathering and translating complex business requirements into technical specs, and mapping out target-state analytics solutions.
- Developing, testing, and optimizing robust ETL/ELT data pipelines, data models, and analytics workflows.
- Designing and delivering intuitive, high-impact dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service BI capabilities.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of technical project delivery, ensuring quality standards, timeline adherence, and alignment with client deliverables.
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Establishing best practices for data governance, quality control, data security, code reviews, and documentation.
- Guiding and mentoring junior data engineers and analysts.
Core technical skills required:
- 5+ years of experience building scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations within Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with data transformation using Dataflows and Recipes.
- Demonstrated experience building Salesforce Flows.
- 5+ years of active participation on deployment teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred skills:
- Proven experience migrating reporting systems from on-premises servers to the cloud.
- Working knowledge of Tableau Next and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end project delivery across Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud environments.
- Direct exposure to building Agentforce journeys triggered from Salesforce Data Cloud activation segments.
