Protiviti are looking for skilled candidates for the Researcher / IT Recruitment Consultant role.

The Role
- Working with senior consultants within the team, and match the most suitable candidates to different technology positions
- Carry out initial screening over the phone and arrange face to face meetings to understand the candidate in detail and build rapport
- Handle full cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, screening CV, shortlisting candidates and salary negotiations
- Provide market insight, knowledge and updates to candidates and build long term relationships
- Preparing your candidates for interviews, managing expectations, pre-closing, closing and offering candidates
Your Profile
- Proven experience as Technology Recruitment Consultant (preferable)
- Sales/Customer service skills
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Speaks fluent Cantonese and English
- 1-2 years' experience in recruitment could be considered for more senior title
