Description
We are looking for an Analyst, People Solutions to join our team and be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for TaskUs.
As an Analyst, People Solutions, you will:
- Support cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Support the build, development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Support analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze people operations data from Workday, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to offer insights into potential strategies to enhance our people operations processes further.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives for People Operations to stakeholders in the company.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
- Has background in People Operations/Human Resources Reporting
- Knowledgeable in Power BI
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
