Description
We are seeking Educational Psychologists who are committed to inclusion, partnership working, and improving outcomes for children and young people.
As a member of Ealing's Educational Psychology Service, you will apply psychology to improve outcomes for children and young people, support inclusive practice and early intervention, work collaboratively with schools, families, and partner agencies, contribute to service development and innovation, influence strategic SEND developments across the borough, and support Ealing's wider SEND Improvement and Reform Programme.
We offer a £3,000 incentive payment, paid at the start of your employment (subject to contract), a warm, friendly, and supportive Educational Psychology team, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, protected Continuing Professional Development (CPD), regular high-quality individual and peer supervision, opportunities to lead projects and develop specialist interests, dedicated support from Assistant Educational Psychologists, access to research, innovation, and leadership opportunities, Local Government Pension Scheme, and up to 30 days annual leave entitlement.
The Educational Psychology Service currently operates a hybrid model of working. This is subject to change due to the needs of the service. Our offices are based at Perceval House in central Ealing, less than ten minutes from Ealing Broadway Station, providing excellent transport links across London and beyond.
