Description
Camden Learning is seeking an experienced governance professional to lead the delivery and ongoing development of Camden's school governance service.
The successful applicant will have credible experience of leading and managing teams within education or a comparable environment, a strong understanding of school governance law and statutory requirements, and excellent strategic, organisational, and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the fulfilment of statutory duties
- Providing continual support, challenge, and advice to develop governance standards across Camden schools
- Building strong partnerships to support Council processes and school improvement priorities
- Ensuring effective governance contributes to excellent education outcomes and experiences in Camden
