At Davies, people are at the heart of all they do. They are seeking an experienced Casualty Loss Adjuster to join their growing Casualty team.
The role involves investigating and handling casualty claims, liaising with insurers, policyholders, and brokers, and compiling evidence and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating allocated claims in the field or from the desk
- Compiling necessary evidence and documentation
- Preparing preliminary reports
- Determining appropriate action for resolution of the case
- Defending or negotiating settlement within agreed authority limits
- Maintaining a proper reserve at all times
- Keeping updated on technical changes relevant to the role
The ideal candidate will have previous loss adjuster experience, knowledge of insurance and the insurance market, and good communication skills.
