Description
As a member of IT GRC, you will play a key role in maintaining 3M's SOX compliance. This involves supporting SOX ITGC compliance by rationalizing IT asset controls, designing IT and application controls, documenting system and process controls, and assisting control owners with remediation of identified deficiencies.
Core responsibilities include:
- Supporting SOX ITGC compliance
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of IT policies, standards, procedures, and control matrices for SOX compliance
- Tracking SOX IT control execution, testing results, compliance status, identified deficiencies, and remediation efforts
- Collaborating with control owners, internal audit, external auditors, IT, and business teams to support effective SOX IT control implementation
- Supporting control owners in continuously improving SOX IT controls and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of IT audit or compliance experience with strong SOX, ITGC, application controls knowledge
- Strong understanding of ITGC frameworks and best practices, including COSO, COBIT, and ITIL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and control assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
