As an Insurance Claims Expert (Frequency/Medium), you will be part of a dynamic team based in Balma, with mobility in Toulouse (31) and surrounding departments. Your main mission will be to provide expertise to our insurance company clients, assessing damage and determining the causes and circumstances of claims.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct technical analyses of damage and determine the causes and circumstances of claims
- Prepare detailed and clear expert reports, including necessary documents (e.g. procès-verbal, acceptance letter, lease, estimates)
- Analyse guarantees, detect potential recourse, and quantify damage
- Ensure client satisfaction while adhering to our quality charter
Profile requirements:
- Minimum Bac +2 qualification, preferably in a field related to construction or civil engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment, although we are open to profiles with less experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Proficiency in report writing and technical documentation
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of contractual clauses, guarantees, and insurance conventions
- Experience with estimating repair costs
Salary range: 35,000 - 40,000€ fixed annual gross salary + variables
