Description
We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving data-informed decision-making within the Japan/APAC region.
This position sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations, offering the opportunity to significantly impact Notion's growth trajectory. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and support key strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Japan leadership team to define and drive strategy and results for the region
- Support regional sales leaders and sales teams in achieving their goals
- Build reporting and presentations for Japan/APAC sales leadership
- Act as a partner to the Japan/APAC sales team, providing hands-on operational support
- Enable smooth, efficient deal execution
- Partner with the GTM Systems team to continuously enhance our sales technology stack
- Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, etc.
- Maintain and embed global sales policies, processes, and procedures
- Support global planning process locally
- Surface on-the-ground observations and insights to global sales and RevOps leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience
- Experience working in sales operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Expertise to quickly drill down into the business funnel
- Excellent analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Expert proficiency with core sales tools
- Ability to apply AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis
- Strong collaborator, works well with stakeholders
- Demonstrates a senior presence and can convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely
