Description
We are seeking a Trainee Lawyer (m/w/d) to join our Corporate Law / M&A team in Düsseldorf. As a trainee lawyer, you will work on national and international M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on national and international company acquisitions, private equity investments, mergers, joint ventures, and transactions in regulated markets
- Corporate restructuring and development and optimisation of group structures
- Advising management bodies on strategic decisions and complex questions of corporate governance, management liability, and compliance
- Advising at general meetings and defending companies against subsequent shareholder claims
