We are looking for highly motivated trainee lawyers to join our real estate law team in Munich. As a trainee lawyer at Linklaters, you will work closely with our experts in areas such as real estate purchases, financing, capital market law, investment funds, corporate law, and classic real estate law.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Real estate purchases and sales
- Portfolio transactions at national and international levels
- Restructuring, insolvency scenarios, workout solutions
- Sale & Leaseback transactions
- Tenancy law advice
- Real estate law issues in M&A transactions and refinancing
As a trainee lawyer, you will receive targeted training and support, individual supervision, and opportunities for personal development. In addition to your daily work on mandates, we offer you the opportunity to participate in our trainee program 'Colleagues of Tomorrow', which includes workshops, networking events, and repetition courses.
