Embedded Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager

Sibylline Ltd is seeking an experienced security operations professional to serve as Manager supporting the client's global security operations.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day 24/7 physical security operations supporting client facilities, personnel, visitors, and operations, while also providing management oversight of the 24/7 intelligence team and its personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a 24/7 program and associated staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management activities.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, escalation procedures, quality standards, and operational metrics.
• Provide management oversight to the intelligence team, supporting effective coordination, escalation, information sharing, and alignment between intelligence activities and physical security operations.
• Oversee alarm monitoring, CCTV operations, access control administration, badge management, dispatch, and incident management functions.
• Monitor service delivery, workforce coverage, and operational readiness.
• Support critical incidents, emergencies, business disruptions, and executive-level escalations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with Regional Security Managers, Workplace, Facilities, and third-party vendors.
• Lead monthly operational reviews, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing security operations, GSOC, intelligence, command center, or similarly integrated operational teams.
• Ability to manage high-priority incidents and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with access control, video management, alarm monitoring, and case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, workforce planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with platforms such as Lenel, Milestone, Everbridge, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of security operations, operations center, or related experience.
• 2+ years of management experience leading operational teams.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $106,400 - $133,000
