Description
We are looking for an exceptional Associate with experience in HK IPO work to join our Greater China Corporate team.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have at least three years of post-qualifying experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer
- Possess an excellent academic record, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail
- Have previous experience in initial public offerings, listings, and public company M&A
- Be able to deliver excellent client service, including excellent administrative skills, ability to communicate well in oral and written form, driven to deliver work promptly, set challenging goals, and resilient in achieving them
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
