Description
We are seeking lawyers to join our Real Estate & Construction practice in Warsaw at the Lawyer, Associate and Senior Associate levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Advise on real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations
- Provide legal advice on investment projects and construction processes
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements related to real estate and construction projects
- Offer comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients
- Participate in local and international projects with CMS teams across other jurisdictions
- Independently manage projects, develop client relationships and coordinate team members' work
- Support junior lawyers and share knowledge and experience
- Contribute to business development activities, publications and industry events
Profile:
- Admission to the Polish bar as an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) or advocate (adwokat) for Associate and Senior Associate positions, or a law degree for the Lawyer position
- Professional experience in Real Estate, Construction or a related area
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management and/or investment and construction processes
- Experience in independently managing projects, supporting clients and building strong client relationships
- Fluent English
- High degree of independence and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work on projects and collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Openness to working in a large team and in a dynamic, international working environment
