Description
We are seeking a seasoned events producer with experience executing all aspects of events from creative concepting through to full execution. The role will be responsible for delivering a yearly programme of activations and activities across UK, Ireland for Cities Without Houses (CWH).
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative concepting: continuously on the lookout for new, different, exciting spaces for our events
- Project Management: maintenance or improvement of systems to plan and track activations & activities to deadlines
- Execution: ability to actualise all areas of large and small projects concurrently
- Programming: delivering a calendar of multi-tier activities and activations across the UK and Ireland
- Finance: managing day to day budgets and expenses
- Administrative: managing multiple supplier contracts, partnership contracts, run of shows
- Strategy: work with other event producers and head of memberships to build and create a single CWH event strategy
- Reporting: tracking event performance by way of spending, attendance and new member acquisition
