Description
Visa is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Management Reporting Lead to prepare and deliver accurate management reports and conduct detailed financial analysis.
This role is pivotal in driving the future of finance within our organization, ensuring data quality and standardization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale finance programs, building enterprise-wide reporting and dashboards, and utilizing business intelligence and AI tools.
Essential Functions:
- Reporting & Delivery Center Leadership: Lead the development and scaling of a centralized Finance reporting organization supporting Corporate, Business Unit, and Regional Finance teams.
- Governance & Reporting Standards: Partner with FP&A, Data, and Technology organizations to improve data quality, metric consistency, KPI governance, and reporting readiness.
- Automation & Productivity Enablement: Lead a team which will identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, analytics, and business processes through modern technologies and tools.
- Team Management: Build and oversee the management of a local team to ensure finance meets key deliverables by coordinating efforts across various regions.
Qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications:
+ 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or with an Advanced degree. + Extensive experience in Finance analysis and reporting including proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and other MS Power Suite tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ 17 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 15 years of experience with an Advanced Degree. + Track record of building a high-performing team from scratch while successfully aligning local operations with global stakeholders. + Familiarity with Oracle EPM, as well as business intelligence and AI tools and techniques.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
