Description
WSP USA is seeking a Full-Time Landscape Architecture Intern to work out of our Baltimore, MD office. This temporary position is part of the WSP Summer Internship Program, which runs for 12 weeks starting on May 17th, 2027.
As a Landscape Architecture Intern, you will support a variety of landscape architectural tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis
- Assisting with preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates
- Collecting and maintaining project documentation
- Completing training on assigned tasks
- Exercising responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct
To qualify, you must be actively enrolled in an accredited Landscape Architecture or related undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2027 or later. You should also have:
- Demonstrated interest in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proficiency using Microstation and/or AutoCAD
- Strong plant identification skills
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
The expected salary for this position is $19 - $30 per hour.
