Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team in Local LLM research, focusing on improving engineers' daily tasks efficiency and delivery quality.
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate Local LLM applications, deployment, security, and cloud routing in our company work environment
- Determine which tasks can be handled effectively by Local LLMs on Windows and macOS laptops, minimizing interference with everyday work, and dividing tasks safely between Local LLMs and company-paid Claude/GPT services
- Prototype and showcase your ideas
- Validate your work, write user guides, and introduce your contributions to automate the design process
- Engage with colleagues in a multi-site and multicultural environment (US, Switzerland, Taiwan)
To be considered, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- Fluent in C/C++ programming, including testing and debugging
- Software system-level design experience (modularized design, state machine, system diagram, flow chart tools)
- Practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
