Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Aston Court Care Home in Sutton Coldfield. As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents, delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.
You will assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs. You will support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care. You will be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes. You will also communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

The salary for this role is £12.75 per hour, with part-time and full-time positions available on days or nights. The shift pattern will include alternate weekends.
