Description
Visa is seeking a Senior Account Executive Manager – Merchant Retail, Riyadh to develop Merchant Partnerships across the retail segment in CEMEA.
The successful candidate will act as the regional subject-matter authority, driving differentiated value for Visa’s top retail merchants by combining data-driven insights, product expertise, commercialization strategy, and best-practice replication across markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing customized account strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Providing executive-level pitches and workshops
- Managing client relationships and developing new businesses
- Supporting growth of retail merchants in the CEMEA region
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external client executives
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Proven ability in B2B sales, negotiating business agreements, and driving commercial results in the retail industry
- Extensive experience in payment products, credit cards, pre-paid, and portfolio P&L expertise
- Demonstrated experience in building and leveraging strong relationships at multiple levels
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, AI tools, and agents
