Description
As an Argos Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams, and providing on-the-job support.
You will coach colleagues in store to ensure everyone can deliver brilliantly for our customers, while also working alongside the team on the shop floor.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you will often lead the full store operation, ensuring resources are allocated to deliver day-to-day tasks such as organising the warehouse, taking deliveries, and serving customers.
You will be an expert in our products and services, focusing on driving sales and profitability.
