As a Host (m/f) of A&B I, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and controlling consumption.
- Setting up the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet and ensuring replenishment, as well as preparing event coffee breaks.
- Serving the cover, when necessary, issuing drink orders and assisting clients in choosing dishes and sides.
- Actively selling restaurant and bar menu items.
- Clearing tables and utensils after meals. Offering dessert and coffee to clients during lunch or dinner.
- Following billing procedures at the end of service.
- Controlling and replenishing stocks.
- Managing cash control and closing.
- Preparing monthly loss and inventory sheets for utensils, drinks and items served in the bar/restaurant/convenience store.
