Description
We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment to join our team at Target.
The starting hourly rate is $16.50 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.50 USD - $24.75 USD per hour.
As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product
- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans
- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately
- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Supporting execution of major transitions
- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards
- Accurately executing all Fills
- Processing all inbound deliveries
- Completing all backroom weekly audits
- Operating power equipment (if certified)
- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy
- Following processes accurately with attention to detail
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
