As a Senior Associate, you will apply technical knowledge to design, build, and improve software and infrastructure. You will work independently, contribute to team design decisions, and take responsibility for the quality of delivered work.
The role involves:
- Applying designs, deploying, and testing software, infrastructure, or networking solutions using growing domain knowledge, including relevant financial markets
- Debugging, solving problems, and taking ownership of features, systems, or configurations
- Considering customer needs in your work, contributing ideas to improve the product, responding quickly to operational issues, and seeking feedback to improve how you work
- Applying secure engineering practices to reduce delivery risk across software and infrastructure
- Taking accountability for delivering reliable work, supporting and coaching peers, and sharing knowledge openly
- Applying structured thinking and data to solve problems, test assumptions, and learn from outcomes
- Continuously learning and adapting to new priorities, trying different approaches, and sharing what works with your team
- Contributing to team discussions and communicating clearly with peers
