We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our healthcare team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a category B prison located in London.
The Administrator role involves supporting our healthcare team with various administrative tasks, including referrals, appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and other admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks
- Use SystemOne for various administrative tasks
- Book appointments and deal with referrals
- Organise gate passes for visitors
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Perform other general admin duties

Requirements:
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary: £27,860 to £34,428 per annum
