Description
As a Functional Support Analyst Assistant within Ubisoft's Supply Chain Management department, you will join our ERP support team. You will discover our integrated management solution covering supply chain logistics, marketing purchases, and professional travel, as well as its interfaces with other applications.
Your mission will be to:
- Discover the ERP and its supply chain management modules through a guided integration process
- Handle level 1 support tickets using procedures and a ticket management tool
- Examine requests, document your research, and keep users informed until resolution
- Write and execute simple SQL queries under supervision
- Contribute to updating user guides, configuration documentation, and support procedures
- Identify recurring problems, propose improvements, and forward complex incidents to the team
- Track tasks and deadlines in the team's project management tool
- Participate in simple functional tests under supervision and record results and anomalies
You are a student in supply chain management, information systems, computer science, or a related field. You are interested in ERP and business processes, with prior experience in Oracle PeopleSoft being a plus. You have knowledge of SQL and relational databases, or wish to acquire it quickly. You work methodically and pay attention to detail. You communicate clearly and collaborate remotely with an international team, taking into account user needs. You master English, with knowledge of French being an asset.
