Agency MDRT Growth Executive

We are seeking an Agency MDRT Growth Executive to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will execute recognition programs, motivational activities, and incentive campaigns to different agent segments, conduct data analysis to track performance metrics, and strategy planning to achieve company targets in terms of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) members.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute motivational, recognition, and incentive programs and events to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity
• Organize training programs and events to target agent segments to develop potential and existing MDRT members
• Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity
• Utilize analytics tools and data visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, and insights
• Provide administration support to MDRT campaign and MDRT membership registration
• Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency management, agency reward/incentives, agency events, or other agency channel functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
• Strong knowledge of event management and execution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and segmentation techniques
• Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks is an advantage
• Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency structure
